I am so pleased with this waist trainer I bought on Amazon. My weight loss journey has been quite challenging what with random bloating which really makes me look awful even though I'm losing weight. Bloating the entire abdomen is so uncomfortable and makes you feel like you have got nowhere in losing weight. So I wore this for 4 hours a day and it really works while also correcting posture.
