Where do we start ? 
Ever taken a look in the mirror and thought to yourself 'what happened' ? That's exactly what happened to me ! After the initial lockdown in March 2020 I found myself changing from a highly productive person to reaching a not so desired apathetic state, it was not good. The worst thing about the initial lockdown was that none of us knew where it would end, we were bombarded with negativity and fear from the radio stations and tv channels - it was not a nice period of time at all! 
So anyway - I started to take long walks daily, this was the beginning of my transformation !
