How to deal with anxiety

The best way to deal with anxiety I found is to stop thinking about it and be objective. Going for a long walk and looking outwardly can work wonders, you just keep walking in a pleasant area preferably where there are open spaces and trees like a beautiful park.

Anxiety doesnt have to take you over, a good long walk and clearing your head puts you at a good mindset to deal with any problems you may be having.

Remember there IS a solution to any problem.
