Feeling depressed is often due to an underlying condition, a nutritional or lack of exercise element rather than a 'mental disorder'
Being a new mom is very, very draining on the body - child birth takes it out of you so don't be hard on yourself!
Take it easy and look after yourself, ask for help, dont do things you dont need to do and get the family to do jobs in the house so you can concentrate on baby and getting your energy back to normal.
